Little Giant
The Oklahoma-based Little Giant company has a history of over 70 years of providing reliable pump solutions for a range of tasks. It offers pumps for a variety of purposes, from garden ponds to sewage treatment, and is trusted by hundreds of consumers around the world. From Condensate to Sump Pump Ranges
Products on offer include sump pump solutions for removing water from basements. These are available in a choice of sizes, voltages and submersible versions, so they can also be used for tasks like removing flood water. Features include oil-filled motors and epoxy-coated aluminium housings to ensure a long life and reliable operation. They’re suitable for lots of commercial, industrial and home applications. These include fountains, air conditioners, water displays, machine tool coolants, and lots of other applications where a liquid has to be moved or recirculated.
Little Giant also offer a condensate pump range controlled by a float switch that automatically triggers the pump when a set level of liquid appears in the condensate tank. This type of pump is typically used in condensing boilers, refrigeration, dehumidifiers and air-conditioning installations.
Little Giant’s condensate pumps are compact in size, making for easy and discreet installation in air-conditioning systems where there’s limited space available. They’re also low-maintenance and have filters to trap particles. Larger condensate pumps come with a built-in tank, allowing them to deliver greater flow rates and higher lift.
Peristaltic pumps for use in air-conditioning systems are available as part of the range too. These are quieter than equivalent pumps and require no additional ventilation to run reliably. HydroAir

The HydroAir AV range
The AV ‘Argonaut’ pumps, for example, are very quiet when running and therefore suitable for above-ground installation, where they’re accessible for maintenance tasks but remain unobtrusive. Seals mean that they can cope with chlorinated water and even sea water if required – provided they’re flushed afterwards – without damage to the pump. They have a stainless steel pump shaft for reliability and a long life.
The HydroAir AV range comes in sizes to cope with small and medium pools, spas, aquariums, ponds, water gardens or other systems requiring recirculation of water. They’re also designed to be a direct replacement for earlier models of HydroAir pump, so swapping them with older models is straightforward. A range of spare parts is available to keep them running smoothly too.
