The U7SV-300/6T is a three-phase, six-stage multistage vertical pump from the ULTRA SV series, built in stainless steel and cast iron for the transfer and pressurisation of clean, non-loaded fluids. The Pentax ULTRA SV/SL/SLX range is a series of stainless steel multistage vertical pumps engineered for the transfer and pressurisation of clean, non-loaded fluids. SV Configuration
The pump uses a vertical axis, overlapped-port cast iron body, with stainless steel AISI 304 impellers, diffusers, outer shell, and motor shaft, providing corrosion resistance in the wetted flow path while maintaining a robust cast iron housing.
Six-Stage Multistage Design
Fitted with six impellers, the U7SV-300/6T delivers a head of up to 70.6 m at zero flow, tapering to 39.3 m at 9.6 m³/h, suited to applications requiring moderate to high pressure boost across a working flow range.
Reliable Sealing and Bearings
The pump is fitted with a ceramic-graphite-EPDM mechanical seal as standard, with a silicon carbide/silicon carbide option available. Bearings are rated 6203-ZZ and 6304-ZZ C3, supporting continuous duty operation.
Wide Temperature Tolerance
Liquid temperature range extends from +5°C to +90°C, with a maximum ambient operating temperature of 40°C, allowing use across both cold water and heated fluid applications.
Three-Phase Motor
Powered by a 2-pole, three-phase induction motor rated 2.2 kW (3 HP) at 400V-50Hz, drawing 4.8 A. The motor carries Insulation Class F and a protection degree of IPX4.
Variable Speed Drive Compatible
The U7SV-300/6T can be supplied as a pressure-controlled booster package with EPIC or IPFC variable speed drives (EPIC-A 306, IPFC 114, or IPFC 306 power supply options), maintaining constant set pressure under variable flow demand. A downstream membrane tank is required for this configuration.
