Coolant pumps for machine tools are designed for the pumping of cooling lubricants for industrial machine tools, condensate transfer, as well as a number of other purposes.
They are multistage, centrifugal pumps that are designed to be placed in the liquid that is to be pumped, and as such they are fully submersible. They are safe for use with both water and water-soluble coolants, as well as cutting lubricants.
Our coolant pump range features a variety of different pumps made by leading manufacturer Grundfos. Their SPK submersible pumps are renowned for their quality and durability. They are vertical pumps made up of a motor and the pump unit. The totally enclosed, fan-cooled standard Grundfos MG motor features principal dimensions that meet IEC, DIN and British standards.
The pump unit features a motor stool and optimized hydraulics that are specially designed to work with coolants and have been configured to operate as a submersible pump.
Coolant pumps are suitable for a number of different applications.
