Trebles BoostBox 5236-160 Cat5 High Pressure Single Pump Booster Set
The Trebles BoostBox 5236-160 is the high pressure single pump version within the BoostBox range, designed for applications that require a compact packaged Category 5 booster set with stronger pressure performance. Suitable for wall or floor mounting, the unit combines a fixed speed single pump, integrated 18 Litre AB Air Gap break tank, digital controller, and solenoid fill system within one enclosed assembly.
This model delivers up to 86m Pmax, a maximum operating pressure of 60m, and maximum flow up to 17 L/min. Factory set to 8.0 Bar with a 1.0 Bar differential, it is well suited to installations needing higher boosted pressure in a compact format. Solenoid fill is included as standard to support more sustained demand, while dry run protection, error logging, password protection, mains isolator switch, and BMS-ready volt-free contacts are all built in.
With its neat enclosed construction, 15mm compression inlet and outlet connections, and integrated Category 5 AB Air Gap protection, the BoostBox 5236-160 offers a practical high pressure solution where space, compliance, and packaged simplicity are all important considerations.
The Trebles BoostBox is a strong alternative to the Lowara MiniFix, Arrow Valves Midi-Break, and Dutypoint MiniBreak, with the added benefit of higher pressure and twin pump options.
